We have great benefits in worshipping the God that Christians recognize. We have the Holy Bible, which represents keen and critical documentation of the origin of the earth and everything that is in it, including mankind. The writings of the Bible are the very Word of God, recorded over several thousand years of history, surviving almost every kind of challenge and scrutiny. Events identified as pending, through prophecy, in the early writings have already come true, yielding the expectation that others will also soon manifest themselves.
Our God wasn't conjured through a vision by a mountain stream. Our God doesn't send a Messiah who just decided to appoint himself a prophet. Our God can meet out wrath, but that's not His intent except for those who refuse Him. Our God is Love.
One day, all will understand.
